What payment methods do you accept?
We use Shopify Payments for secure checkout. That includes major credit and debit cards like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Which shipping methods are available?
We offer standard shipping to selected EU countries and the USA. Delivery time depends on your location — typically between 3–28 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
How can I check my order status?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you didn’t receive it or need help, email us at tiina@glimmermind.com
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Unused and undamaged items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. Check our shipping & return policy here

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to selected EU countries and the USA. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, feel free to contact us — we’ll do our best to find a way to get glimmermind to you.
Are your candles made with natural ingredients?
Yes. All glimmermind candles are made with a natural coconut-soy wax blend and pure essential oils — no synthetic fragrances, no hidden fillers.
Can I reuse the candle containers?
Definitely. Our large jesmonite containers are designed to live on as part of your home decor. Even the small aluminium tins can be reused — get creative with storage, gifting, or tiny plant pots.
Is gift wrapping included?
All our candles come in a beautiful signature pouch, perfect for gifting (or treating yourself). If you'd like to add a personal note, leave it at checkout — we’ll handwrite it with care.
