1. shipping

  • Where we ship: All orders are shipped from Estonia (EU).
    We currently deliver to selected European countries and USA only.
  • Processing time: orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
  • Delivery time: standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Shipping fees: calculated at checkout based on your country. Free shipping may apply for special offers or order minimums (you'll see it at checkout!).
  • Tracking: once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

2. returns

 Eligibility for Returns
  • Unused and undamaged items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original packaging and in a resellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product has been used or is not in its original condition.
  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

 Return Costs
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
  • We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return is safely delivered back to us. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipping.

2.3. Damaged or Faulty Items
  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately, and we will provide a prepaid return label for the return and offer a full refund or replacement.
2.4. How to Return
  • To initiate a return, please email us at info@glimmermind.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Once approved, we will guide you on how to return the item.
2.5. Refunds
  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
  • Please note, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.
