1. shipping
- Where we ship: All orders are shipped from Estonia (EU).
We currently deliver to selected European countries and USA only. - Processing time: orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
- Delivery time: standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Shipping fees: calculated at checkout based on your country. Free shipping may apply for special offers or order minimums (you'll see it at checkout!).
- Tracking: once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
2. returns
Eligibility for Returns
- Unused and undamaged items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original packaging and in a resellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product has been used or is not in its original condition.
- Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Return Costs
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
- We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return is safely delivered back to us. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipping.
