glimmermind is a wellness brand based in Tallinn, Estonia. All our products are handmade in small batches with natural ingredients. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. pricing & payment

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Payments are securely processed at checkout. We do not store your payment information.
We reserve the right to change product prices or discontinue items at any time.

3. shipping

We currently ship within the EU mainland.
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery times vary by location (usually 3–7 business days).
glimmermind is not responsible for customs fees, delays, or lost packages once the order is with the carrier.

4. returns & refunds

Due to the nature of our handmade wellness products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days at [your email] with your order number and photos.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

5. product information

All glimmermind products are for external use only.
Our blends are made with natural essential oils. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a medical condition, please consult your doctor before use.
